This course aims to equip participants to correctly interpret the relevant sections of the Rule Book and the Railway Group Standards. Moreover, it ensures that candidates can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and capability to establish and uphold a secure system of work when working alone “On or Near the Line”.
Candidates must be nominated by their line manager or sponsor to partake in this course.
When applicable, once you successfully complete your course or assessment, a member of our staff will update your competency in the Sentinel system. You can order your Sentinel smart cards directly from Sentinel at www.railsentinel.co.uk. Please note that this will incur an additional cost which you will be responsible for covering.
